"We have not done any work for this person other than a phone call. It is not fair to judge us when she did not like what she heard regarding price and how the alarm industry works. I explained that most companies she was talking to offer low quality alarm panels with minimal sensors and a high monthly payment. That payment is along term contract at a high rate resulting in a lease. We custom install our systems based on the home not a package. It is fine not to want our services but making a complaint based on how we run our business is not fair. We charge for our installations but save our customers money over time with no long term contracts and monthly monitoring starring at just $22.00 per month. She called me rude and hung up the phone as she really wanted a no cost installed system. As a side note We have no voice mail here, you always get a live person, occasionally people are put on hold but far less time than any other company."

"I made an appointment between 1 and 3pm and showed up within that time. I had multiple quotes in the area Giving a time range lets me spend time when educating people about security products. They were under the impression I was to be there right at 1:00. I sincerely apologized and was polite even though it was their communication mistake but they took it very personal and I can't believe they would hurt our business like this with a bad review for a 30 minute mistake.I feel bad because it was their mistake and I know they will probably overpay for their camera system. No company is more honest than us all we do is educate never the hard sell."
