The cameras work very well. At this point, I am having problem with cell phone monitoring but that may be the result of the cell phone provider. The phone is an Android and perhaps an Apple phone would work better. This is the only reason that quality was rated at B not A, but I would definitely recommend Cross Security.

I was impressed with both the sales rep and then the technician that installed the system. I wanted a totally hard-wired system and not wireless, which is what most companies are selling these days. Steve, the sales rep, assured me Cross could do that. (Other companies said they could not.)
Cross's installer, Rick has been installing security systems for 30 years so really knew what he was doing. He did a very professional job. I have a big house and wires had to be run through the attic. The installation took eight hours and was not simple.
Everyone at Cross Security has been very professional and competent. I also like the fact that they are a local company and I always know who I will be talking to when I call.

They were on time for an evaluation and quote. They gave me options and suggestions for how to properly secure my home without overkill. I have had systems from the big guys, and wanted to go with someone more local. The job was finished ahead of their estimate, and explained the entire system. It is simple to use and I could not be happier. I was about to call them to look at my businesses system, and noted that I had not written a review yet. If you don't want to deal with ADT or Protection One, these are the guys to call.

Rick was great.  friendly and professional.  would have taken me 12 hours to do what he did in 45 minutes. sometimes better to hire a pro than attempting to do it yourself.  I highly recommend Cross Security.

I like that they are a local firm and they have been an adequate security provider so far. We’re very happy with their service but the only interaction that we were disappointed with was that they had offered a coupon on Angie's List that they did not honor. Otherwise they are outstanding. I thought the price was reasonable even without the coupon.

I have had a wonderful experience with Cross Security.  I've been using them for 3 years.  They provided alarm service at my old house for 2 years and I had them install a whole new system in my new house.  They continue to provide my service at the new house and I'm now upgraded to a system that allows me to access and monitor it via my smart phone.  They are very nice and very responsive. It's nice to have your home secured by people who know who you are when you call. And no requirement for a contract is really nice after the nightmare I had with a prior vendor who required a lengthy contract. Before installing the new system, I did get other bids even though I've always been very happy with Cross.  It turned out that they were the most reasonable anyway so it just confirmed the good feeling I already had about them. I would definitely recommend them.

I called Cross for an estimate and an install. For my needs, the price was in line. They did not try to sell me anything unnecessary. They were professional from start to finish. I had no issues at all. The equipment they installed is nice and the installation itself was very neat and clean. The monthly monitoring is at a fair price and my experience with them has been positive. I've had one call for an alarm while out of town, and they were very helpful.

Cross Security got the alarm system working and monitored after not having been used for many years.  The price was good.

This is the second installation of a security system that Steve and his company provided for me, as I just moved. I've been a satisfied customer for twelve years now. I can't tell you how many times I've called for service (many), mostly because I needed to replace batteries, and Steve described how to change the batteries or reset the system. He usually says..."you can do it, and it'll save you the cost of a service call." He's been very patient with me over the years. If I needed a service call, he was there in no time. I love my new system. He provided the best coverage in my new home, at the lowest cost. The monitoring is great and makes me feel safe and confident. If you are considering a security system, please call Steve. The price is very reasonable for a well-made product with true professionals who know the business.

I did not have a firm appointment, but Steve said he might be able to check out my system the same week, depending on the time frame needed for other nearby jobs. They paged me at work, asking if I could come immediately. I was able to extricate myself from work in time to get home before technician Rick arrived. He located the source of the problems rather quickly, and fixed what ended up to be simple connection issues. He was pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would definitely call them again if I needed.
