Cox Heating & Air Conditioning

My a/c broke and I called Cox Heating and A/C last week scheduled an appointment for them to come out next week. They were suppose to come today and just called (same day) to cancel the appointment stating they can not come out today NOR anytime next week. Living in Florida with this heat a/c units are more than a part a living. I will not be using this company again. Unbelievable! Cox has an obligation to service there Cox Maintenance Customers as priority and unfortunately you are not a current Cox customer. Furthermore, your initial request was a second opinion diagnosis from another a/c company. Cox offered a date late next week but it was declined. If you would like to reschedule for next. Response: while Cox has an obligation to service their customers first this should have been shared at the time of making the appointment. Furthermore, regardless of the second option as the customer I put my trust into your company which now deems as unproductive. LASTLY, no offer was DECLINED by me the customer; that is simply NOT true!! A voicemail was left on my phone therefore NO response was provided.

They were excellent, and the price was fair, I've had their service for years, and they have been our service guys for years.

This is the first time we used Cox. We are thrilled to find our new a/c company. Our a/c/heat pump quit working on the coldest day so far this year. Kerri came out and gave us a price. We felt that she really knew her stuff. The techs came out the very next day to install. It was a bit tricky as we moved the air handler from the attic to the garage floor. Excellent install, very neat. We highly recommend.

Very satisfied for last 15 years with Cox A/C keeping our old central heat & air system going. When it came time for replacement, they gave us the best price quote and warranty terms. Excellent 1 day install experience. Technicians were very knowledgeable and courteous, and communicated well as work proceeded. Some extras items like additional intake vent needed to be done to accommodate newer efficiency unit, but they didn't charge anything beyond original quoted price. They have proved themselves to be an honest, trustworthy company that does a great job. Looking forward to them maintaining this new system. They've built lots of trust over the years with us, and I would highly recommend them.

Wonderful. My old unit that they installed lasted 20 years. I don't have any complaints. Their work is great. They are punctual.

They were very good, but they did not complete the follow up.

Eddie was professional and clearly knew what he was talking about. He showed up the next morning at 9am and went right to work. He replaced a part which was right under $300. We were prepared to replace the entire unit, but he felt it could last another 4 years. We felt Eddie went above and beyond, especially considering it was a Sunday. He went through each step of everything he did with us. We feel he is very honest and we know he is reliable. We will use Cox again, and we will ask for Eddie.
