Lovely people to deal with. will definitely use them again.

He was very prompt over the phone to let me know I can come in and do it right away. However when I got there he tried to charge me 25 per tire which is on the highest of ends for tire install. I told him i would do 20 even though the true cost should be about 13-16 a tire. It was late in the day and my tire currently was at risk of popping so I had no choice.

Seems like a decent place but might be the type of place to charge an extra dollar if they can.

Rich is completely ethical and professional. I always get an estimate beforehand which he sticks to. He's been in business for a long time and has a host of loyal customers. I trust him to give me the facts and reasonable prices. The business is clean and well organized. No BS. If there is a job he doesn't perform, he refers out to another good, competent trusted mechanic.

Now I know why they've been in business since 1961! An honest, fast, knowledgeable, experienced, friendly auto repair shop. Hmmmm...thanks Angie!

Our family has had service done for some 30 years at Connelly's on various cars over the years. We only deal with locally owned and operated business in Clearwater. Rich has been the most honest person to deal with that we have ever found in this area. I don't do many of these reviews but this is one I simply had to do. Rich does repairs only after he knows exactly what the issue is and what needs done with very reasonable prices. Further he has always stood behind his shop's work. When asked we always send those needing auto repair to Rich!

We've had our cars serviced by Connelly's Auto Center for more than 10 years and we've always gotten great service from the staff. The staff are highly trained and very professional. The fix the problem right the first time. They listen carefully as you explain the issue, and thoroughly diagnose the symptoms so that they can explain options, cost, and repair time.

I have been using this auto service for many years, and have always been happy, satisfied. Rich is very disciplined and honest. He always lets me know when work is needed, without pressuring me.
