My monitor wasn’t working. I figured it was either the monitor, computer or the cable. Since I didn’t have another cable or a spare monitor I brought the whole thing over to Jamie. Within a minute he was able to determine it was just cable. I paid $40. He was going to charge less but I insisted. I’ve brought devices to him several times over the years and Jamie is honest and capable. I highly recommend him.

We have an iMac that failed - turned out to be the motherboard. Jamie was able to salvage it by moving the screen and hard drive to another iMac and we're up and running. He even delivered it right to the house! Jamie has always provided great service at a fair price. He's even declined to do work when it wasn't worth it.

Jaime did an outstanding job. I’ve been hesitant to get a new computer with Windows 10 and have my files transferred from my familiar Windows 7 set up. However, Jaime managed to set up my profiles to mirror what I had on my old desktop and simplified the Windows 10 desktop screens. He updated the Windows 10 software and transferred all my files to the new computer. At my request, he installed some of the software I had used on my old computer (Printer, Photo software, Microsoft Office). I was able to install additional software from downloads or from the discs I had at home. Once he completed the work, Jaime spent a considerable amount of time at his store explaining the desktop and how to access my files and programs once I hooked it up at home. He is very knowledgeable and eased my fears about working with a new computer. He willingly answered my many questions. Jaime returned my old hard drive in an enclosed case, which I had purchased, in the event I needed access to my old hard drive. Jaime set up an external backup drive (which I supplied) for my documents, photos, music, etc. He went above and beyond what I expected.

Jamie was friendly and helpful. He explained all the steps that needed to be done. The service was fast, friendly and he even took the time to explain what he did. Jamie even went over the pricing so I could get the most value for the dollar. Others contractors may be good but I can't imagine any better than Jamie.

Jamie was terrific - work was done professionally in a timely manner beyond all expectations. Price was very reasonable and he went above and beyond in all aspects. We will not call anyone else and will recommend him highly to anyone.

Jamie did a great job! I had a 8 year old laptop that died, He recovered everything.

Dropped it off on Sat. and it was ready Monday morning. Turned out it was a failed Windows 10 update.

I called Jamie at 11:15 Saturday morning, delivered my HP laptop to him at 12:00 noon, and he had completed the job (plus a few extras I didn't realize I needed, but was happy he offered them to me before beginning the work) by 3:30. He was very customer-friendly, explaining to me what he had done and what differences I might see as a result.

So, I went on line and found a LOCAL company. Great Move On MY Part. Jaime made me feel that I was not as stupid as I thought I was. He not only repaired my computer in a timely manner, he also answered any questions I had.

After discussing there was value in repairing my laptop versus purchasing something new or rebuilt, Jamie diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and repaired my laptop within the week. I was really only without my laptop for a little over one day. Highly recommend!!!

Terrific. Technician was very knowledgable, friendly and punctual. Fixed my computer problem in less than an hour. Gave me helpful ideas on how to keep my computer running smoothly. Reasonable fees. Exceeded my expectations.

It went perfectly. Jamie was excellent to work with and took the time to make it right.

Unit would not turn on. Vendor found problem. provided way to use unit despite damaged internal components by providing other  external components.

Jamie explained possible reasons for Windows not starting up completely when I dropped off the laptop and gave me a written
list of costs. He called me early the next day with his diagnosis of the problem and gave me the cost. The laptop was ready by the afternoon. When I came to pick it up Jamie started the computer to show me what had been done. Jamie seemed knowledgeable, professional and took the time to address my questions and concerns. I  highly recommend his computer repair services.
Just note if I hadn't called him first and was told he was in Ray's Connecting Point I may have driven by his shop. The name of his shop should be added to his address.

He were unable to do recover my data from the hard drive (it was too damaged), but didn't charge me for his time and referred me to a specialized data recovery service.
The cost for fixing my computer (new hard drive and operating system) was $225, which seems reasonable to me.  
I really appreciated that before he fixed the computer, he explained to me that, due to the age of my system, the fix would only buy me a couple more years on the system. This was very honest and much appreciated.  

We got excellent service! He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it faster than we had expected. It was a very fair price, lower than someone else who serviced one of our computers 2 months ago. He was very nice. And, he was an expert. We highly recommend them. Highly! And we rarely give this good a review.
