COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL DOORS INC

This was a horrible experience. The doors took months longer than I was told, and when installed they leaked where the glass was attached to the frame as well as not closing right. After being treated rudely by Sheila (the owner) they came out and caulked the glass. After several more weeks of discussions about why they didn't fit right, they told me it was the installers fault (their subcontractor) and I needed to contact him even though they subcontracted him. He came out and told me the left door was warped. After more rude treatment by Shiela (including statements that it's impossible for the doors to be warped), they sent out their technician as a courtesy. He immediately admitted the door was warped. They replaced the door frame and re-caulked the glass. The caulk has now yellowed significantly on that door, and my beautiful white front doors don't match. I would never do business with this company.

POOR PERFORMANCE BY THE COMPANY. MANY MONTHS OF WAITING. DOORS WERE CUT TOO SHORT. NOT A GOOD COAT OF SEALER. OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS TERRIBLE. SEALER HAS PEELED OFF.

MICHAEL AND STANLEY HAVE HELPED ME WITH A SPECIAL ORDER DOOR. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY HAVE SAMPLES ON-SITE OF FINISHED DOORS. YOU CAN GET YOUR LOCK SYSTEMS THROUGH THEM. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING FROM THE BASIC EVERYDAY STUFF TO THE DESIGNER STUFF. I WANTED A SPECIAL DOOR CLOSURE AND THEY EXPLAINED TO ME WHY I WANTED THE ONE THAT I CHOSE BECAUSE OF THE WEIGHT OF THE DOOR AND MECHANICALLY I WOULD GET MY MONEYS WORTH BECAUSE IT WOULD LAST LONGER. THEY ARE NOT PUSHY WHEN YOU ARE MAKING YOUR DECISION. THEY DO NOT PUSH UPGRADES, IT IS YOUR DECISION. THEY ARE OPEN ON SATURDAY AND ALTHOUGH I HAVE DEALT WITH MICHAEL PRIMARILY, STANLEY WAS ABLE TO ASSIST ME AS WELL. VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH AND THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.
