Installed a new Goodman 3.0 Ton, 16 Seer heat pump complete system with a variable speed air handler. Included removing existing AC system, R410A Freon, new thermostat, float switch, drain pan, UV Light, and hurricane pad. Technicians worked all day, did an excellent job, and cleaned up afterward. The final cost was just as quoted. I got three other quotes before going with this company and am very pleased. Highly recommend Comfort Care!

When our regular HVAC company said it would take 2 weeks before they could install a new system, we knew we had to look elsewhere. We had been loyal customers for years, but the thought of no AC for 2 weeks in late June overrode loyalty. Our neighbors recommended their provider ( for the past 25 years) -- Comfort Care. We had an estimate on 4 options that evening, and they were able to install the unit 2 days later. The price was good, and we even got a $200 credit on our electric bill for installing an energy efficient unit. Everyone was personal and professional, answered all our questions, and cleaned up beyond expectations. We would definitely recommend them.

They answered all of our questions we had. He was a really fair individual that had several options for us to pick. They addressed any questions or concerns we had. He also gave us some information on any future issues we might have and gave us some recommendations for those issues.

They did an excellent job in every respect. They helped us design what we wanted. Everything that we said we wanted they enhanced on it. Everything was absolutely excellent from start to finish. We had no issues whatsoever. I have dealt with a lot of different contractors and these guys are just excellent.

On a Friday evening our 5 year old 3 1/2 ton air conditioner compressor suddenly stopped working after Progress Energy was fixing some other electrical problems. Progress Energy came out again and said it had nothing to do with them. My wife has multiple sclerosis that makes her heat intolerant. We called the a/c company that we have a contract with and they could not come out. I started calling companies on Angie's list and if they did call back they were not able to come out that night. I called Comfort Care and left a message. They returned the call quickly and they were here within an hour. Danny found the problem right away. He explained the problem which ended up being the capacitor and thankfully had the air working within 15 minutes. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We cannot thank Comfort Care enough. We would definitely use their services again.

They were on the ball. Our A/C died and we had to shop around for a new one. When we decided to use them they came right out and installed the new A/C. Our follow up requests and questions were handled promptly.

This is the second time I have used Comfort Care to replace my aging A/C system (different homes). This company always treats me with respect, provides a reasonable price, and makes sure I'm completely satisfied with the job.
