Amazing service! Fast, reliable, communicative, and truly trustworthy. Not only did they install a Roku for my 80-year-old mother, but they also patiently guided her through the setup until she had all of her favorite channels ready to go. Their kindness and care went above and beyond—so much so that I’d add "kind" to their list of qualities. Thank you, Bill and Larry!

Had them diagnose a Bang & Olufsen receiver. It was old and parts are difficult to find and expensive. Not worth fixing so I'm selling it for parts.

Ease of setting up an appointment for them to come out to see tv. They took it in and it could not be repaired because of screen issue. They offered me a tv they had in their shop at a reasonable price and brought it by that day. Great customer service.

This company was referred to me by Angi's. The guys came out quickly to my home and they took both my Televisions to their place of business and repaired both. Returned them back to my home and connected both, and they work as if they are brand new TVs. GREAT SERVICE! I highly recommend these guys and their company. I had no idea either television was repairable. The guys were friendly and professional.

Perfect experience. I highly recommend them. They called with an estimate of cost. Did the work promptly. The final bill was as estimated. Our t.v. works better than it ever has.

I called and asked if their company could replace the light bulb that blew out. I could hear it and was certain that was the problem. I answered questions on the phone as to type and make of TV. I was not asked model number. I was told that the service call would be $39.50 Plus the parts. I asked them to bring the bulb when they come. Several days later a man with no customer service skills came to my door as Clearwater TV service. I turned on the TV and he heard the broken glass sound I was describing. He went to the back and took a picture of the model # and pulled out all the plugs. He was very rude and let me know he will order the "lamp" as it was properly called and I owed him $39.50 + $50.00 deposit and it may cost me $200.00 or more. A week later I finally got my TV Lamp, that cost me $350.00 Total. Will never recommend clearwater TV. ( I later found I could purchase the same lamp online $27.50). What a rip off!!

Unfortunately, our TV suddenly stopped working and we needed to find a pro to fix it as it is 9 years old. The repair technician at Clearwater TV and appliance service came to our house within 2 hours. He brought the TV to his workshop so he could work on it. It took a few weeks to be able to locate the correct part, but he let us know that there have been delays ever since COVID. Finally, our TV was fixed and it works better than before! I will definitely call this company again and highly recommend them.

Bill and Larry both where very professional and explained to me every stop of the way what was going on with my tv and when the job was done I was very happy with the results my tv look as good as new, thank you Clearwater TV & Appliance I would definitely recommend this company

They were prompt with picking up the large screen tv for repair. Very courteous. Received a quote timely and delivery was also prompt. I highly recommend!
