They did a great job. The picure was better after they fixed it. They advised repair because newer TVs are very cheap but quality is poor and complexity is high.

It went fine. Guy checked it out but after looking at it suggested it wasnt worth fixing. He gave me very sound advice for a new tv.

They were super friendly, it was fast, and found the problem with my TV the next day.

When my $2500 LG OLED tv started turning off by itself, I called Clearwater TV and decided to pay the extra $70 to have them come pick it up. I received my tv back a few weeks later at which time I purchased the warranty for $189 in addition to the $338 they charged to “fix” the tv. Almost immediately, I started having the same problem so I called them back up and they came and got the tv (for another $70). This was in late November. The next 6 months were a nightmare. Multiple texts went unanswered, and when they did answer the phone, they would tell me they would call tomorrow. Of course they never did. Finally they admitted they couldn’t fix it in Feb, but it still took until may 20th until I got my tv back. They didn’t refund the initial $338 even though they never actually fix the tv. Not sure what the warranty was for. I mean, if you have a warranty, you would think they either fix it or replace it, but no....they just refunded the warranty (less the tax) and called it a day. They kept telling me how they have “been fixing TVs for over 45 years”, I just didn’t know that’s how long it would take to get my broken tv back. Do NOT trust these guys. They are friendly enough, but have no idea what good customer service is nor how to fix TVs apparently. I had bought this tv at Best Buy and it was only only 20 months old. So it’s not like it was ancient technology or had hard to get parts. I made 2 mistakes, I didn’t get the extended warranty from Best Buy and I trusted Clearwater TV And Appliance Service company.

It went terrible. They were very sarcastic, very nasty, and very rude. He even YELLED and swore at me at one point to move a case of water out of the way for him. He claimed the TV company didn't put the screws in the box, but he barely even looked through the box to find them. He charged me for a trip and he didn't complete any work. He took the TV back to his shop and said he'd bring it back. In total he charged me about $500 for two trips; just to install a new TV! He also hooked up one of my speakers and now it's not working so well. I also believe that he took my very expensive Tilly hat ( I wasn't able to locate it once they left my home). They made me feel uncomfortable in my own home. I'm not doing this so much for myself, but more to heed warning to anyone else thinking of hiring this company.

Technician was here 5 minutes. He pushed a button on the TV then I had to write him a check in addition to the Angie's List coupon.

Larry Staub the runer couldn't have been nicer and prompt and he took our TV the same day we called and returned the TV to us the day before we left for PA!

Not well Tv was returned to me and I put it on the curb. My 55 inch Hitachi smart Tv was only one and a half years old. So what a waste of 70 dollars not to mention the price of the TV

My house was hit by lighting and my two 60" TV's didn't work. So I took them to Clearwater TV Service, and Larry called the next day to give me great news that he could fix them. I'm very please with the customer service and price. I will recommend them to other people that needs their TV repaired. Now I'm ready for some FOOTBALL and my wife & kids are happy too. Yes, they fixed the T.V., but in the process of picking up the TV damaged a HDMI cable. I was told they would replace it when they came back with our TV. They did bring an HDMI cable to replace the damaged one but never fished it to through the wall like the other one that they damage. Instead were more concerned as to what it went to and if we really needed it. After they left we discovered what it was for, I called to informed them, instead of offering to come and fix the problem they caused me they said ......well you know, you'll have fish it through the wall.... So yes they fixed the TV., but left a new problem.

EXCELLENT, VERY PROFESSIONAL, THEY WERE ON TIME AND REPAIR COST FAIR. LARRY SUGGESTED A WARRANTY BECAUSE MY TV WAS OLD AND I REALLY LIKE IT. I JUST RENEWED WARRANTY FOR ANOTHER YEAR. I DON' RECOMMEND MANY, BUT I DO THESE GUYS. EXTRA HAY WITH THEM

The replacement part was ordered and once it came in and was installed brought my TV home. The same board burned again and they came right back out to pick up the TV. Another board was ordered but when it came in it didn't work! Another one was ordered and after testing it for 5 days it went out again. I decided I had a lemon, the TV was just shy of a year old. I traded out my TV for another and haven't had any problems. They were always polite and pleasant concerned that I was satisfied.

Very good service. Kept in contact and was prompt with the times for p/u and return.  Very friendly and professional.

He was very honest in telling us what the problem was and the solution and he was absolutely correct. We are very happy that we found this service and would recommend this service to anyone needing TV repairs.

Business called with estimate of cost to fix problem with our big screen TV, how long it would take.. The set was fixed and returned to us within the week timeframe promised. The company, at our request, picked up a second TV at our condo and transported it to the assisted living facility where our 98 year-old father lives and set up the set for easy use, We would refer others to Clearwater TV & Appliance Service.
