It takes them about two hours to complete the regular service check. The workers are very friendly and very helpful. They're knowledgeable. They leave my vehicle very clean and they wash it every time.

They did a good job.

Their pricing is high. They do some things really well and some other stuff, it’s like I just wonder what they are thinking. I’ll come in for something that should be for an hour and 5 hours later, I’m sitting on their lobby. I hate that. They are definitely professional. I’d rather go someplace else. In fact, I won’t probably get a hybrid next time just so I’m not stuck with the dealer.

It depends, when you go there you get a team. Sometimes they are much easier to talk to other times they try to talk you into things you do not need done. I guess the quality is ok.  They call you back and normally get you an appointment pretty fast. Sometimes it goes very well other times I get a service person that does not seem as nice. One time I went up there and got my car serviced and kept getting emails and cards saying I had not had it serviced. I called them and said you keep sending me things telling me I am not taking care of my car and I just had it serviced, he said it was some other company that handles it. He told me next time to bring him the card. It irritates me.

I use Clearwater Toyota. They just don't recommend things that doesn't need to be done. Their prices are a little bit higher.
