Liz was great! Our search for a home lasted from August through December. We made trips from Illinois, and Liz was diligent in fitting in the maximum number of viewings in the time available. She is an outstanding listener, and communication and comprehension skills are strong. We went through a range of areas and prices, but Liz never got discouraged. Most importantly, she maintained a calm, professional approach throughout the process. We never felt pressured. Liz is a very comfortable and intelligent person. She has a strong grasp of the internet and the tools available. She kept in constant communication via email and provided "links" to internet listings of homes meeting our requirements. Her legal background clearly shows in her analytical and negotiating skills. When we selected a home, Liz was professional and assertive in negotiating a contract. She negotiated a home warranty contract from the seller as well as a "credit" for some minor repairs identified during the home inspection.
