It went great! I've been going to their office since about 2009 and have never had a bad experience!

I would give them A's all the way down.  They have very reasonable prices, they don't do unnecessary work, and they take really good care of the animals. 

They are an excellent vet. They are very reasonably priced. I have used them for 25 years. It usually takes 30 minutes from the time we get there to the time we see the vet. The vet and technicians interact with my dogs perfectly. I keep going back for the price and the ease of getting in when I need to get in.

We got a number of medications and so we don't remember the cost. They are good. They are very responsive. It is easy to get an appointment.

They gave us some advice for our animals and we had a grey hound and they were wonderful. We could have not asked for better care.

Both doctors are wonderful to deal with. They are kind, compassionate and attentive. I appreciate their candor and no nonsense approach to caring for my pets. This year I lost my two older dogs, one in March and then the other in June. It was extremely difficult to say the least. Dr. Stenzel took his time and explained the options and conditions then when I decided it was time to let go his wife came in and did the injections. She was caring, kind and very respectful of my pet. In June, the doctors were away and the vet taking over was just as wonderful as they were. My dog broke her leg on a Sunday night and I didn't want her last moments spent in the emergency clinic. I made sure she wasn't in any pain, stayed with her throughout the night and then early in the morning my friend and I took her in to Clearwater Animal Clinic. I wish I could remember the vet who helped us because he was wonderful. Both times I wasn't rushed, I was told to stay as long as I wanted and I did. The staff, the doctors all wonderful caring people and I will trust my pets with them for as long as they are in business.
One last thing. I recommend this clinic to everyone but I always tell people, its not fancy. Don't expect some splashy office to impress people. This is a true clinic and they provide excellent service at a fair price.

I would not bring another pet to this office.  I've heard some good reviews about Dr. Stenzel who is the husband of the doctor that I had seen, but would never go back to her.  I found the staff to not be very friendly either.  When your dog is ill you expect kindness from the doctors and staff and I found neither at this place.  I would not recommend this office. 
Unfortunately when my dog had to be put to sleep the Dr. caused more stress and couldn't even locate my dogs vein to start the process and the techs had to take her into another room to insert the needle.  She put my poor girl in more pain at the time that was so hard for both of us.  Shame on this doctor!

Went wonderfully, and very good prices compared to other vets elsewhere. A strong recommendation from me to use Clearwater Animal Clinic.

I have been taking my dog to this veterinary clinic for the last 4 years, and they are wonderful. Caring, friendly and organized. I appreciate the affordable pricing (compared to other vets) as well.

I have been going to them for 20 years. They are very personable. The receptionist is very pleasant. When I first started going there it was just one vet. A few years later a young lady was hired. When she retired her husband came to work there. They are terrific.

best vet and clinic I have ever been to. My niece recommended I take my very sick poodle to them and they took very good care of her and she came back home after about a week on the hospital in great shape, and I didn't have to mortgage my house to pay the bill. They absolutely have the welfare of your pet as their top priority.

We have had excellent dealing with them. They are the only people who have been able to handle our dog. They are very friendly people. I have no complaints at all. The dog is very difficult to handle and she is never in her comfort zone and they can handle her. They are much more reasonable compared to the other places we have gone to.

They have been great because we have a very difficult dog. She is not mean but she panics because of the bad experiences she had with whoever owned her at first. So when she panics, she tries to bite. They have handled her very well because she has not been an easy dog to handle. They are conscientious and they don't charge as much as other places we've been.
