There were spots on the driveway that were hard to get off and they weren't able to get them but it's not their fault.

Clay performed the job while I was at work.  When I came home that night I had a clean house and cement.  He even went above and beyond by washing some pavement brinks that were not part of the job.

Extremely professional, punctual, places great pride in his work, communicates effectively and is most conscientious about his work. Leaves the area in the same condition as upon his arrival.

He did a great job - I have never seen the driveway this clean! The sidewalks as well. Very easy to deal with and I will be using Clay again.

We have been using Clay Custer for the past 4 years, atleast once a year.  This soft spoken man in a power house when it comes to windows.  He washes all the windows, inside and out and the screeens. He also does all the mirrors in the house.  We have dormer windows that require a ladder to access and  he does them also.  He's fast, efficient and always courteous. If you don't think $175.00 is worth the price for spotless windows then move along.  But if you know how wonderful it is to have beautifully cleaned windows that allow you to look through the entire house, to the pool; then you know that at $175.00 this is a bargain. As long as Clay is in the business, he'll be getting a call from us.  This is a local man with his own business. These are the kind of people you want to support.  Call Clay. You won't be sorry.

Originally I was only going to have the pool area done. Once he got here, we discussed what it would cost to do the gutters, driveway and sidewalk as well and because he rate was very reasonable decided to have him do that as well. My pool patio, driveway and sidewalk all were very dark and discolored. Clay used chlorine bleach to treat the areas and was able to make them look very nice and clean. Clay was very professional and did a great job!

Clay was very professional from start to finish. He carefully removed anything that could be damaged by the cleaning solution, and taped over my (on-demand) water heater and thermostat. He was very careful to cover my dryer. (It couldn't be moved since it is gas and has a gas hookup.)
Even though the weather was miserable, he cheerfully poked into all crevices to remove the dirt on my concrete block house. My lanai was a real mess and hadn't been scrubbed in a long time. After cleaning, he put everything back and didn't leave any messes behind.
I will certainly recommend him to anyone that needs this service. My house looks great and is ready for some painting touchups!

I got him through Angie's list. He did a very nice work. He is a one man operator. He did an excellent job. The thing which impressed me most is that, he called me the next day and it rained, so he wanted to make sure the windows were clean and he wanted to come back.

Called for an estimate and he came a few days later on the appointed time. Gave us a price and said he could do it 4 days later. Showed up on time. Took him 3 hours. Washed all the windows including the screens. I will never wash another window again as long as Clay is in business. He was worth every cent and he will be a permanent appointment on my calendar for at least twice every year. I would recommend him to everyone. Perfect!!!

Clay did an absolutely wonderful job. He arrived at 10:00am and didn't leave until 5:00pm (the house is very large). He cleaned the windows first on the inside, then on the outside. He had to remove hurricane shutters before cleaning the windows on the outside. He then cleaned the shutters (both sides) and replaced them. The job was done very professionally. We had used Clay a few months earlier (November) to do some pressure washing. Our driveway and sidewalks. He also did a wonderful job on the pressure washing and that is why we decided to try him on the windows. We certainly were not disappointed.

Overall the cleaning surpassed all my expectations. He showed up promptly at 9:00 am and worked until 6:30 pm completing the job in one day as quoted. There was no damage to the plants, grass, granite and stainless surfaces cooking surfaces. The correct balance of pressure and chemicals was used since there was no damage to the screens or anodized finish on the aluminum enclosure. We now have a pool surface that is clean and free from mildew and dirt. I couldn't be happier.
