I have been going here off and on since 1995. Some of us who have been working out here for years feel that buying new equipment was not necessary and ostracizing the former instructors was not necessary. I'll still keep coming here because it's the closest gym to my house and that makes a difference. The instructors are good, classes are good, but lacking some of the more popular classes offered at other gyms, such as Zumba. I've made friends with the folks in the classes and other who I see on a regular basis, but the friendliness of the old Golds is gone.
