They did a beautiful job, $2,500 was labor, 2 men tiled for 4 days, they polite and cleaned up after themselves.. job could not have come out any better

I've been on the fence with them. I have spoken with the owner and I got a feeling like he knew what he was doing and he told me that he was going to send someone else over because he couldn't get to me because he had other jobs. But he assured me that these guys were good. So they did some patch work in my bathroom over my dry wall. They sprayed on texture. Overall I was satisfied but a couple hours later  it looked like there were some areas that they didn't even touch. They could have done a better job. They did the work about 6 months ago for about $250. To me it seemed a little bit expensive. The guys were here in a snap and did the work fast and everything was ready for the next day. So they spent about an hour here. I might use them again but I would have to have a talk with them to show them what they missed in the past. They were very professional, easy to get along with, I was able to ask questions without any problems and the cleanup was excellent.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Champion Tile! We had a very short time frame due to a scheduled party for which we wanted an accent wall tiled around a fireplace, TV and between two built in bookcases. I called Jim on Saturday, he responded immediately, and he was able to be here doing the tiling work on Monday morning. He provided me with a written estimate in advance, showed up at the time he said he would, and completed the project on time and on budget. The tile guy was very experienced, meticulous and made the tile work perfect! I am extremely pleased with Jim, his crew, and Champion Tile!

Champion came in and didn't spend much time being critical of the previous work and gave us several good ideas on how they would proceed.  The quote was higher than others but we felt that Champion had the best handle on what was needed to be done.  The are about 220 sq. ft. of marble installation.  They had to compensate for walls that were not plum.  All the finished work was excellent and all grout lines line up perfectly and are very, very tight.  We had a problem with a bull nose that was mismanufactured and thew the top of a wing wall off.  The solution was to tear our the offending piece of bull nose and several pieces around it.  Champion did this work quickly and without additional cost even though the problem wasn't created by them.  As the job progressed they found several "extras" that could be done to make the job better but didn't charge extra for them.
The job was estimated to take four days and ended up taking 6 and a few more hours.  There was never a hint of additional charges.  The quality of the work couldn't be better and we appreciated that the person quoting the work (the owner) did all the layout work and was on site every day for at least an hour.  It kept the job running smoothly.  He also was the one to do the last steps which were cleaning the stone and sealing it.  This insured that he was personally satisfied with the job.

Work was begun when promised and finished in a timely manner. All the work was done professionally. I had no trouble leaving my house keys with the installers and letting them have free access to my condo. The condo association has rules about allowable times for work to be performed and all rules were observed. Also rules about cleaning up after the work were also observed. The finished product looks great. I recently had another contractor look at my condo for some other work and he commented on what a great job they had done installing the new tile.
