We can not say enough about the quality of work done by Carillon Floor Center, top notch quality. The sales was phenomenal, the service quick clean and precise, the finished product absolutely marvelous. It made our house look like brand new. The installers worked through the weekend to finish more quickly. The attention to detail was beyond our expectations. I would definitively recommend to friends.

Sales personnel were very helpful and patient with my indecision.   The pricing was very competitive.  The installers arrived at the times promised.  They moved all the furniture and replaced it when they were finished.  They were very considerate and made every effort not to inconvenience me.  I would recommend Carillon to my friends and would certainly use them again.

Our initial contact was with Paul when we stopped by the Carillon Floor Center on US 19. Paul was very knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time answering all our questions and explaining the differences in each of the carpets we looked at. We took a few samples home to make a final decision. Paul came by a few nights later to measure and answered all of our questions regarding which padding to select, timeframes for placing the order, and installation.
The installers arrived as scheduled and immediately went to work removing the old carpet. They did a great job, in spite of our air conditioning deciding to die that day, and the house quickly heating up on the hot August day! After vacuuming and replacing the furniture, I am sure they welcomed their air conditioned truck when they left.
We would not hesitate to recommend Carillon to anyone wishing to purchase carpet.

Great, as always. We have used this firm for over 20 years for our area rug cleaning needs and they are the best.

Purchased rugs for my living room, dining area, family room and office with padding. Sales people were always helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Because I travel to/from north, there are times when the store has to hold our carpet. They give you no issue to hold it and they deliver on time. Their delivery guys show up with the carpet, unroll it for you, move your furniture and put everything back once the carpet it down. Great store, great quality rugs, great overall experience. I would use Carillon for all my flooring needs.

Found my rug and bought one for the master bath area. Selection is awesome! Ed was fantastic. The tropical rug had a flaw. Ed came out to look at the rug. He took the rug back back and reordered a new one for us.

These are two expensive rugs that we brought back from India. They knew the exact type of rugs and knew the correct way to clean them and the prices were reasonable and they look brand new. It was very important to us because they were expensive.

We purchased the bamboo and they have been great about everything!

I went to Home Depot, and Lowes but the advertised low prices were not all inclusive. They charged to measure your home, move your furniture and remove old carpet. The saleman at Bob's Carpet Mart never followed up with me. That is when I went to Carillon. The salesman was helpful and pleasent and came right out to my home to measure. Installation, removal of the old carpet and all furniture movement was included and he even worked with me to satisfy my insurance limit of carpet replacement costs. I love my carpet and was very happy with the entire process.

It was very quick and easy to do. I was very surprised at how inexpensive it was! She came out with the samples and it went very well. The results were very nice. The installers left everything very neat and clean. I was also sent a short handwritten thank you note that was great.

Great company to work with. Products are top-notch with many, many choices. Installation is fabulous with little upset to the homeowner. One day in-and-out on many jobs. Have used them for about 10 rooms now in 3 properties. They do what they say when they say they'll do it.
