 + 0 morePrices were competitive, but lack of flexibility in sizing of the cabinetry and the Murphy bed (we wanted a full instead of a queen) caused us to contract with a company that we had used before and would tailor the installation to our requirements.
Description of Work: We contacted Clearwater Closets for an estimate to install closet organizer in 2 bedroom closets and also for an office cabinet installation, including a Murphy Bed.

 + -1 moreTawney arrived on time. She is very charismatic and professional, I could tell she had been doing this for a number of years. She took measurements, discussed our needs and provided me with a quote and CAD design within a day or two. Ultimately, we did not go with this company as their quote was nearly twice the quote we ended up going with and the units were not floor mounted.
Description of Work: Tawney came over to provide a quote to design a 4x9 closet in a very awkward space

 + 0 moreTerri, the design specialist, worked closely with us to provide exactly what we needed. She had good suggestions and was willing to modify her proposals several times until we were satisfied. The workmen who installed the storage systems were prompt, courteous, and efficient. The work was performed on time and according to all specifications. They cleaned up after the job was completed and carried away all trash, including the previous hardware they had removed.
Description of Work: California Closets designed storage systems (clothes racks, shelves, shoe holders, and drawers,including a jewelry drawer) for three closets as well as storage cabinets, shelving, and counter tops for garage storage. This work was done in a home built about a dozen years ago with basic closet hardware and garage shelving, so removal of old hardware was required.

 + -1 moreGreat company to work with. While they were a little loose on scheduling, they make up for it in customer service and quality. Our rep was Arlene, and she did a great job. They come out and measure, then send detailed sketches of what things will look like for approval before anything happens. After you give a down payment, they start work. Make sure to spend time at the sketch stage to make sure you're getting the arrangement right. Then, when they install it, it will be exactly what you need. Changes are easy to make but do cost money if you change your mind later.
Description of Work: Have used them three times now for closets in different properties. Definitely improves home's resale value!

Description of Work: Terri came to give me an estimate on putting in a closet system. She was very nice and punctual. I did not hire them to do the work as they were very expensive, almost 5 times what the others cost, but their product is pretty.
