Terri, the design specialist, worked closely with us to provide exactly what we needed. She had good suggestions and was willing to modify her proposals several times until we were satisfied. The workmen who installed the storage systems were prompt, courteous, and efficient. The work was performed on time and according to all specifications. They cleaned up after the job was completed and carried away all trash, including the previous hardware they had removed.

Great company to work with. While they were a little loose on scheduling, they make up for it in customer service and quality. Our rep was Arlene, and she did a great job. They come out and measure, then send detailed sketches of what things will look like for approval before anything happens. After you give a down payment, they start work. Make sure to spend time at the sketch stage to make sure you're getting the arrangement right. Then, when they install it, it will be exactly what you need. Changes are easy to make but do cost money if you change your mind later.

I thought it cost a little much initially but I thought the quality of their accessories was better than their competitors. I also thought they had a better selection of accessories.

I LOVED THIS COMPANY. WELL CONSTRUCTED CLOSETS. HAVEN'T HAD A PROBLEM WITH ANYTHING THEY'VE INSTALLED. THEY ARE NOT HIGH END, BUT THEY ARE A BARGAIN FOR WHAT THEY OFFER.
