CAGNI CONSTRUCTION CO INC

Mark Cagni is great at picking up checks, but doesn't deliver on the services promised for them. The roof has had 2 leaks since it was replaced. As the months went by, workers stopped coming to my home because they hadn't been paid. Work on my home was slow and inconstant in quality. I, too have liens on my home because most of the sub-contractors still have not been paid by Cagni Construction...some of the invoices dating back to July of 2014. Mr. Cagni is not responsive. He does not return calls. I asked him to leave my property, even though very unfinished, in early December 2014. Mr Cagni, has cost me unbelievable amounts of frustration, time and money. I would not recommend Cagni Construction to my worst enemy. I, too, have been forced to hire an attorney in an attempt to resolve the mess Mr. Cagni has created.

Turned out to be a horrible nightmare which unfortunately is going to end in a lawsuit against the contractor. The project was to be completed July 31, 2014. Contractor was fired in Jan 2015 because work was still incomplete, persistent problems (leaking roof was still leaking after 3 "fixes"), blatant lies, workers disappeared for weeks on end (we later found out why -- the subcontractors and employees were unpaid and/or had bounced checks.) Most importantly the subcontractors were unpaid. Some only received deposits. As a result we received several notices of Liens. Cagni was very unresponsive. Stay away at all costs.
