they did a good job on the trimming did not do everything they said they would do except for the hedgess claimed their equipment was broken but not sure I believe that. Gave us a quote on laying wood chippings and said they would be in our neighborhood on sunday. Gave them my phone number but never heard from them. Called them twice, got answering machine. very disappointed since I have used them for four years. If they do not want to do it they should have said no but agreed on a price. I wi8ll stop using them in this case. I paid cash for the trimming. Hace cash for the wood chippings but looks like they do not want the job,maybe to small.

To start off I did not hire this company for a job and I never would. All the one star reviews are spot on. I was also surprised they they were doing the work with no personal safety equipment not even a hard hat. They were hired by a neighbor for a tree trimming job. I was in my back yard after they had left and found a large amount of debris and branches in my yard. Also a branch had fallen and broke my garden bench. My neighbor told me he was no satisfied with his result and when he mentioned it the person he talked to was very rude. I called the company and left a message but never got a call back. A couple days later the company had returned and an employee had climbed over my fence and was in my backyard without my permission. I asked to talk to a supervisor he and came to the fence. I explained to him that they had left a large amount of branches in my yard and my bench was broken. I also showed him pictures. He asked what i wanted him to do about it. I stated I wanted the bench replaced. He then became very aggressive and was cussing. He was stating there was no F ing way he was going to replace the bench and that everyone wants something for nothing. He just continued to yell and cuss. He even stated that several of his employees were not very smart. He later stated he would have the bench welded back together. I informed him that it wouldn't work due to it being cast iron. He agreed to replace the bench. Several days later he arrived to my house with a bench that he claimed was exactly like the one I had. Not even close. This was the second cheapest bench you cold get on Amazon ay $42. Half of it is made of plastic. He told my 16 year old son when he delivered it "sorry for the s*%t show". This company has such poor customer interaction . They may be cheap, but they also have poor business standards.

The salesman was great before the sales. After the sales and payment, he was rude, uncooperative and very combative. The problem occurred the day following the work in my yard. A small area on a tree hadn’t been done, and I thought it should have been. He made it very clear that that was on me and that the transaction was over. They would not be doing anything else. I might mention that they were across the street doing a neighbor’s house, so to walk across the street to my house to see what I was talking was a two minute excursion. Apparently this is out of the purview of their 100% satisfaction. Beware.

Bullies Tree Service did a great job for me. They showed up when they said they would, they did everything they promised and they did a great job. My yard and roof was a mess from all the leaves and my numerous large oaks needed to be pruned. The trees, yard and roof all look fantastic! Their price was reasonable and they worked very efficiently. I highly recommend them.

After Hurricane Ian, we contracted with Bullies to get the trees off of the house and cut up all the fallen trees. They gave us a great quote and showed up the next day to work and got it done right. The owner was there and was personable and easy to work with. BEST QUOTE WE GOT FROM ANYONE!!!!

The crew showed up on a door-knock visit and gave me a great price on trimming back two large oaks and a pine. They also weedwhacked the lawn and trimmed back some hedges for a great price. Team was very personable and professional and finished all of the work quickly without issue.

They arrived on time and quoted a price. Performed the work right at that exact time. Did a thorough job. Cleaned up very well and were very polite.

It was an excellent service fast and exactly what I asked them to do. They cleaned up after themselves and I would give them a 5 star rating.

They arrived when expected and did a good job. We had a minor problem after the work was completed that we didn't notice at the time due to bad weather. They returned promptly and took care of it without any issues. Appreciated their response!

Salesman wrote contract and took $10 down and said we would be called to schedule the following week. Never called and never returned our calls. My 88 yr old father and I had to take care of the hedge removal. Not sure if this was a scam with Bullie's paperwork and business card or really poor follow through by contractor. Lesson learned. BEWARE!

The owner was on our roof trimming a large branch which fell onto our pool pump and broke it. When I asked the owner if that had happened to him before, he said "oh yes, three or four times". I thought it a casual, flippant answer, not professional at all. He offered to fix it himself. If his plumbing experience is as lax as his tree trimming, it is a concern. The company only uses ladders, not lifts or tree climbers. The company owner got upset about questions asked and used profanity to the property owner. Total cleanup was promised. We had to spend 1.5 hours after they left to complete the cleanup. When told Angies List would be notified, he said "stand in line", as if it was not a concern to him. There are so many other companies to choose to trim trees. Find them.

These guys were hard workers and anxious to get to work. A beehive put them a little behind schedule the first day. Maybe as a result of that, things were done backwards from the way it was originally explained in person and on the quote. They brought in dirt first (should have been last), which covered up many of the pine stumps which needed to be cleared. Stump grinder was here last and as you can imagine, left a mess and wasn't thorough enough. My husband and I labored a day after they left moving piles of mulch left from stumps. Had to call Bullies to come back and remove large tree stumps we could not lift. All said, a bit disappointed.

I was concerned about tree falling on roof, plants, teees and saprinkler above ground manafold. They cut and lowered all tree parts without and damage to house or yard. Cleaned up after work. The only slight damage was dents in grass where the large tree trunks hit.

Left a detailed message with contact data. They never called back.

Was very happy, they were very professional. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done and I was happy and did not kill my pockets.

He was very knowledgeable when he came out to give me the quote. He did a good job with it.

They showed up promptly, charged what I considered to be a fair price, did the job quietly and quickly.   They swept up the pathways and took the trimmings with them when they were done.  Exactly what I had hoped for.
