They are coming out today on a repair. The refrigerator was covered under an annual service agreement. Everything takes two trips. They never have a part on their truck. It is almost a week before they come for the first and they say what the problem is and they then they have to order it. Then we wait through the order period and then it takes another couple of days or a week before they come back. I think it is endemic within that industry. I am satisfied with them. It is just that there are so many parts for so many models that everything invariably takes two visits and there is a lot of time before and between. When they tell you they are coming, they are coming. I guess they are as good as anyone else and we are reasonably satisfied. It is a difficult thing to get an appliance repair warranty company that will do everything on the first try.
