Brico Electric was the company selected by our home warranty service provider to do some electrical work for us. Home Warranty of America sent the claim to Brico and then emailed me their contact info. Around 9am I called Brico and left a message and thought it was a bit strange that no one called back. I kept calling the company every 30-60 minutes because our electrical problem prevented the a/c from working. No one called back that day or the next- I also sent an email through their website that wasn't answered either. The following day HWA also called and no one answered. If you need asap service this is not the company to rely on.

Everything was done except the recess lighting because of old can size couldn't be found. It was easy to make an appointment. Bobby was great. Everything is under 1 year warranty for material and workmanship. He also taught us how to install on our own GFIs and other small electrical installs like ceiling fans and exterior lighting. We will have Bobby return to finish recessed lighting.
