I am a Realtor and Brantley Termite gave me a very reasonable estimate to tent one of my client's homes.  It was $250 less than the company that I have used in the past.  They were very courteous and worked within our schedule to get the house tented and ready to close.  They were responsive to a concern we had and made sure everything was taken care of.  I will continue to refer Brantley to my other clients.  Thank you.

After having a negative experience with another termite company I contacted Brantley.  We are on a tight time line to have the inspection done as closing is in two days.  Not only did they deliver as promised but they did better by completing the inspection and report within one day.  They literally saved this real estate deal!

Returning from out of town there was a horrific smell inside the house which was immediately identified as a dead rat.  I phoned Brantley first thing on Monday morning to come and remove the carcus and locate where it could have entered into the attic.  The house is up for sale and has been very active in showings.  Also, there was a scheduled open house within a week and I really needed to take care of this problem as quickly as possible.
The office responded quickly and by noon they phoned me and said there was a truck on its way.  Two gentlemen arrive and as one went up into the attic the other began inspecting the perimeter of the home to find the entry location.  Within an hour the rodents (2) were removed and taken away and an area was identified where they were gaining access.  I had steel wool available in which they used to secure this access.  The attic area was sprayed with a bacterial killing agent and deodorizer.
I have used Brantley before as general pest control and they have always been accommodating.  When I do relocate in the area I definitely will continue to use their services. 

We've been using Scotland Yards for several months now. We are happy to report our St. Augustine grass is weed free & in beautiful condition. Due to their professionalism & thorough service, it's one less thing my husband & I have to worry about. :)
