Best Buy Kitchens

We purchased our kitchen cabinates from Best Buy Kitchens. His installer was a bit pricey. We found a great installer for $400 less. Bob Probst runs a one man operation with a secretary. His prices were better better than Home Depot and Lowes. We found Bob was very helpful with issues that arose with the granite company he recommended. He also took the time to meet with the templar at our home when we were out of town.It was a good experience except for follow up after the sale. Product was over ordered by him for our kitchen. We called Bob and he said he would take the extra product back. He said he would send someone by to pick it up. After a month that never happened, after numerous requests. We then asked a friend to use his vehicle so we could haul it back to Best Buy Kitchens. Bob is only in at certain times. We called and left  a message asking when and if we could drop the material off.  After leaving  four messages he has never returned our calls. We ran into him  late one night in Clearwater Beach and he promised to send some by again. We never heard from him again.Not sure what we will do with any hardware issues in the future.

Everything was done in a very professional and satisfactory manner.  Even when there were some minor defects in the finish of some cabinet doors, they were replaced at no additional cost.  We have referred Best Buy Kitchens and Bob Probst to others, who were equally satisfied with their experience.

There is a sink and underneath the cabinet doors and on each side there are three drawers. There was nothing bad about the service. They were very, very helpful and they included a lot with the vanity that other places charge extra. The price was better than other places and it was a cabinet made through the Amish people. You can get them other places, but this price was better. We didn't have any way of getting it to our house so he delivered it from his store to our house at no charge.

This man has the most efficient operation I have ever seen. His price is phenomenal. He has samples of everything. He worked very closely with our contractor. He does excellent design work.
