The original purchased vehicle had a scuff on the front bumper which required handling by the body shop. Prior to bringing that in, my daughter backed into a planter in a parking lot and scraped up the rear bumper pretty good. Autoway's estimate was lower than two other collision places. They repaired the damage beautifully and returned the vehicle on time as promised.

They are very good. They are excellent in their service and sales. Their service as well is fabulous. We have worked with Nissan for 29 years and this is the dealer that I use.

I did get the oil change no problem. After that they presented me with a list of problems that need to be fixed. I have been going to this dealer since I purchased my auto there. They told me that I needed to have my A/C fixed for $500, clean the positive battery cable connector $30 and a new battery $70. This battery was replaced at Autoway Nissan in 8/10 for $130. Just 2 years 2 months ago. It is an 84 month warranty battery. They told me that there is only a 2 year full replacement warranty. As I said before I have been going to this dealer since 2005. I went to Sam's Club and had the battery replaced for $80 with an 8 year warranty and a 3 year full replacement warranty. I also went to an A/C repair shop and got an estimate for the repair that is $150 less than the dealer. I am very disappointed with this dealer.

. They always provided me with very good service and also I had bought my car from them. So like a year or two after I bought the car I got free oil change. I just got the habit of bringing my car there. This is the first maintenance work that I have done since I bought the car. They give excellent service. Price wise had I gone to a smaller or a different place it would have been much less. But I trust them with the car. I would use them in the future.
