My wife arrived for the repair and was told the part should have been ordered, as if it was the customers responsibility to order the part (funny, we did and they were too disorganized to know). Had to leave and take it to Crown Honda two months later for flawless service.

Overall experience was THE WORST EVER. Had my car in for same problem 3-4 times and was charged for incorrect diagnosis and parts each time. Had car towed in and they couldn't diagnose a bad starter either-----had to be towed to AAA shop which replaced starter for me less than a week later. During repairs at this Autoway they ruined the plastic door window trim by laying their burning cigarettes on the trim. They also managed to blow a door speaker while blasting my radio in their shop. Will hopefully NEVER return to this shop.
