The pool company uses subcontractors which is fine-if the subcontractor is reliable.
The original subcontractor did not show up as promised so we lost the $300 discount.
Second contractor only Partially completed the work- took 3 pump motors for salvage without permission. Only stayed a couple of hours and then several times did not show up at all.
Third contractor was excellent- he had an adequate crew and completed the work in November with minimal problems-a month after we had signed the contract (we were originally told it would take only 4 days).
7 months later the whole area caved in when we had a heavy rain. I'll admit we got verbally aggressive with the company owner at that time. It was nearly a week before they showed up to fix the mess.

It is unfortunate that his point of view is such and dispute the accuracy of some of his stated facts especially in regards to employees and owners. We worked on Saturdays and Sundays to try to satisfy the client. We sent out multiple, qualified crews to address his concerns. We remained in constant contact. Our salesmen are knowledgeable, our crews are experienced, our commitment to customer service and client concerns is excellent. Our results are successes for homeowners. A most recent review for a completed project from John S. on another site better reflects what we hope to achieve and what we do achieve daily: "On a "pot luck" internet search I selected thumbtack today and was surprised by a response in 10 min from Artistic Pools of Florida. two quick emails later and a serviceman was on his way. The company"s response and service were both prommt and friendly. The service was professional and rapid. Highly recommend to all in the future."
