She was the one that showed our home and we didn’t have personal contracts with her. She did alright in the work. We weren’t really happy and we gave a contract of 90 days to the company. We think the company has a better buyer’s agent than a seller’s agent. When we bought our house nine years ago from them we were very happy and would rate them higher than “A” grade.

We used her twice last year and we are very happy with her. We sold our house in October 2010 and bought this one in February. The commission on our house was 5 1/2 percent and the sales price was $340,000 so she gave us a break on the commission. My daughter and I did our own flyers and she was perfectly okay with it. Any suggestions we had on what to write in the ad, she was fine with. She sold the house pretty quickly because we basically lost money on it because we wanted out of that big house. She is about 50 minutes away from where we are now and anytime we wanted to look at a house she would come down and we would go look at houses. She wouldn't say that she had something else to do or to get someone else even though it was a hassle for her to get down here. She was very amendable even though she has young children. Anytime I had questions about anything she would call. We tried to do a short sale with her at another house and she did the contract for that. When we decided it was going nowhere she asked if we wanted out and she took care of everything and got us out of the deal. We have pretty much used her for three houses in the past 6-8 months. She is doing really well so that means that people like her. She is a genuinely nice person to deal with and she isn't pushy. We were reasonable on our demands unlike some other buyers. We didn't want to have an open house and she was open with that. We have already recommended her to other people.
