Me: "Hi, my husband's grandmother had a depression glass and china business. She passed away in January and my husband and I are the executors of her estate. I need to get some appraisals done." Him: "Mostly depression glass?" Me: Yes Him: "I can't help you with that" (annoyed voice) Me: "Do you know someone who can?" Him: "No" (pause long enough for me to realize that I was wasting his valuable time) Me: "Goodbye" Him: Hung up
Description of Work: I desperately need an antiques appraiser now. Having no one to get a reference from, I picked this company out of the yellow pages, eeny meeny miny mo. The man who answered, Mr. Greenbaum, was extremely rude, it was obvious I was wasting his time. He was very haughty and egotistical. I decided then and there to join Angie's List.
