When we moved from Massachusetts to Florida in June of 2007, I contacted Anne to let her know of our situation we were renting for a year and would begin actively searching for a home in January 2008, but in the meantime had wanted to watch the housing market. She immediately set us up with her awesome online daily listing website! Using this tool, we were able to search on our own, only the homes and areas that were of interest to us. By the time January rolled around, we were ready to begin. At no time did Anne put us under any pressure. She was available to us at any and all times. She followed our lead and only showed homes that we preferred. We quickly found our dream home but unfortunately, it was a short sale . Not so unfortunate; however, we had the time to wait, as it is a very long process. Familiarity with this type of transaction is an absolute necessity and let me tell you, Anne was both an expert and extremely informative! She was always consistent with updates and putting the pressure on the other party. When we felt like giving up, she was always there to help and encourage. Closing was a piece of cake! We were so fortunate to have her as our agent. Her expertise and ease both with the short sale process and time consuming transaction enabled us to feel that we were always apprised of our options, while feeling comfortable that we were being stewarded in the best possible manner. We highly recommend Anne to anyone interested in either purchasing or selling a home.

"Another great client! This truly was a very involved and difficult closing. When the client bought the home there were certain known issues that were not disclosed to the client upon her purchase. I was not the Realtor for the purchase. When we tried to sell the home the issues came out in the inspection. It was very involved and there was a lot of back and forth negotiating. In the end I sold the house. The client wrote B for price, because she could not recall."

Annie was very detailed about how to go about preparing our house for showings. We talked about price and the current conditon of the housing market. In just a few short weeks Annie found us a buyer.
