Andy checked the evaporator coil and suggested we might have a leak. He added refrigerant and said he would check it again in a week to see if it was minor or might need replacing. He came out again and assessed the levels. Still leaking so we replaced the evaporator coil and thermal expansion valve. He found the part to our older A/C unit and installed it right away. This was extremely timely because we needed to replace it before our house sells in 2 weeks. Andy is very responsive, fair and honest.

Andy was very professional, prompt, courteous and friendly. He laughed and joked and really made us feel comfortable. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it within a few minutes of being here. We were grateful for him showing up so quickly on short notice and helping us out on such a limited time. We would highly recommend Andy to any of our friends and family to help them with their heating and air needs. This is a great company and we are grateful we found him. They came the second time because we had a problem. They did not charge us for that visit. The price was reasonable. They are a small company. We can call them and get them right away. They are very professional. They provide good service.

The A/C unit started making noises Labor Day, and I called Andy's Air the next morning. They re-arranged their schedule so they could make the repairs before the heat of the afternoon. They repaired the unit successfully, and the cool air was flowing again in no time!
