They installed our kitchen countertop in April. It was brought to their attention numerous times about having bumps on the countertop because they use too large of screws when installing the counter top. There is a seam close to the sink that is too large and water will be able to get into the crack and erode the counter top. They said they repaired the seam, but the seam is still uneven and it is not flush with the rest of the countertop. It took them almost almost a year to to a 4 month project. This kitchen counter top is our last straw with this company. There was so many simple things that had to be redone throughout the whole project and they could never seem to get the work done the right way. The whole project has taken way too long. In order to use the garage, we had to have another company come out to fix the garage they built the wrong way. All we are asking for them to do now is fix the kitchen counter top. We have been more than willing to work with this company throughout this whole process and they are refusing to redo the job the right way. I would never use this company again in the future and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
