Alpha Brick Pavers

I would have rated them top notch but their follow up fell way short. Everything was great until the very end. they rushed to finish the job and go to the next one, and when their representative came to collect the money I showed them that the last part of the project which was putting sand down between the bricks to fill them up, was a bit scant and needed more sand. Being that they had been so trusting that I was going to pay them up until then, I accepted their word that they would have the crew return. So I paid them and they never showed up again. I personally put down another eight bags of sand to at least help with the appearance. Hopefully they understand that the final appearance of the job is important.

Absolutely beautiful! Our neighbor had the same company do their driveway and walkway. We admired the work and decided to replaced ours. It pavers definitely enhance the overall appearance of the house. Workers were as pleasant as can be. Edna, the person in charge, was alway available and very pleasant.

I had a really great experience with a company called Alpha Pavers. They did really great work and there was a problem with the design, and Edna is the woman who owns the company, and she was absolutely willing to come back and correct it without a hassle, no extra charge, nothing, so I was really satisfied with their work, also.

I have amended this review- I got the repairs after three week after the initial request and it required several e-mails and phone contacts. The company states that the repairs are done as a courtesy to me- although on the final receipt there is a 2 year warranty. They also stated that the loose bricks were caused by my lawn service running the mower along the edge of the side walk- which does not explain how the bricks on the porch steps came loose. The lawn mower does not go up the stairs. In any case- In less than one year I have had to have repairs twice.
