The owner arrived promptly for the estimate and happily answered all my questions. Once I had made my decision, work was scheduled based on weather. Crew arrived on time early in the morning and worked very hard to finish the same day (it ended up taking 12 hours). Cleaned the area and used a magnet to pick up any stray nails. Very pleasant experience.

Work was done in a timely manner. However, the leaks were still there the next time it rained. Also, the flat roof still did not drain. It had to be redone and the leaks had to be repaired again. After three tries the flat roof seems to be OK. The leaks have stopped. I had to do a lot of arguing to get someone out to fix things. On the plus side, Tom did always get back to me. In the end, he did what I wanted. Unfortunately, it took months to get the job done.

They provided excellent consultation up-front on the roof materials and color choice. They delivered everything as promised and worked with my schedule and addressed unexpected issues with the house on the spot, without a hassle. They provided the roof, soffit & fascia work and gutters. The gutters were done by a subcontracting company, but that sub also did a fabulous job. In the past I have had to contract with 3 separate companies for that work, so the one-stop shopping made the process easier, plus I can contact Albright for any follow up service or repairs that may be needed for anything associated with the roof and eves in the future. Their price was lower than their closest competitor in terms of Angie's' ratings. They cleaned up after the job without being hounded, and they weren't beating down the door for payment the moment they were ready to pull out of the driveway like most contractors. They followed up to ensure that the city inspection was completed and satisfactorily closed out, unlike some other roofing contractors I have used. They gave me personal cell phone numbers to contact them to ensure that everything was going well throughout the job process. They followed up to make sure I was happy at the conclusion of the job, and again several days after the job was completed. This company is the best contractor I have EVER dealt with.

As usual my experience with Albright Roofing was terrific. My calls for an estimate were returned promptly. The estimator was able to schedule me within a day and he showed up promptly. The work was scheduled within a week and completed on time.

Excellent and honest company and employees. They originally estimated the job at $1,200, which was reasonable. However, the crew said that the job was easier than expected. So, Albright only charged me $750!!!!! Where are you going to find a company like that these days? The staff is friendly, the crew was composed of nice people. They did the work promptly after I approved the estimate.

Albright provided the lowest bid of 7 companies. We contacted them to do the work and they came out the next day. The work crew was responsive to our questions & requests and did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves and the roof has be functioning as would be expected since they did the job, 6 weeks ago.

Cement roof was very old (original to house- 1957). Leaked in places during heavy rain. Came out quickly to give an estimate. Estimate was fair and various options were available. Worked with our schedule to set up a time to do the job. Job was done quickly and professionally. At times, there was some miscommunication between ourselves and the company (For instance, we thought they were coming at the beginning of the week and they had scheduled for the end of the week but did not communicate that to us.) Job went smoothly and quickly once it began. It took three days for the entire job which was pretty quick. The work was well done. The office manager came out afterwards to inspect and to take care of the rest of the paperwork.

They did a great they were on time. Came the day they were supposed to did it for the estimated price. They were good at getting back to me. They were very good I was very happy with them.

We had a leak where our porch roof met the house, since the entire roof was under warranty with another company, over the course of a year we tried to have them come out and fix it. Most of the times they dodged our calls and when they would finally come out, each time they made it worse. Finally when a part of the porch ceiling collapsed, I'd had it!!! I came online to Angie's list and found Albright Roofing and they were a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. They were very responsive to our calls, we very very pleased with the estimate we got from them, and throughout the entire process of installing and repitching a new porch roof the kept us appraised of what was happening. My husband and I are THRILLED with the work they did, and with their professionalism. It's so nice to have someone who knows what they're doing and most importantly cares about the quality of the work they do. We'd be happy to recommend them.

A crew of 10 started when promised, just shortly after my financing was verified. They worked long hours in the heat without interrupting me in the house. The roof looked beautiful when completed. There were no further leaks. My only problem was with the number of roofing nails that I found in my backyard after the job was done. They were difficult to see, but, unfortunately, two of my dogs located them by stepping on them.

I called the office early on 5/05/08. They called back the same day and Tom Owens came out to give me an estimate on 5/07/08. He was nice and gave me two options to solve the problems we were having. I called back a week later to tell Stacey the bid we wanted. She came to my house and gave me detailed explanations for all the work and products to be used and put us on the schedule for the third week of June. When their crew came to do the work they wasted no time cleaned up as they went. I was not at home when they started but came home a couple of hours after they started. There were a couple of panicky phone calls to Stacy who held my hand and responded quickly to any concerns we had. I would have to say they were great and will continue to rely on them in the future.

We had two leaks in our family room. We checked Angies's list and got three estimates from three companies. The first company said we needed a new roof and would not try to repair it. The second gave an estimate for repairs which was very high. It was obvious he wanted to sell us a new roof. We then called Albright. Tom, the owner, came to our home and gave us an estimate. He was very personable and seemed quite honest in his evaluation of our tile roof. Within a week, 2 of his men came and did the job. The work is guaranteed for 1 year. If we need work again or a new roof in the future we would definitely call him. He also called twice to inquire about the roof and see if we had any more leaking. We advised so far it appeared to be fixed. He also promised his man would come out when the rain lets up to paint around our chimney where they repaired the leak.He gave us $70 credit on our bill for belonging to Angies List.

I think they're very good. They did the entire job in one day. They worked hard. Last time I had my roof replaced it took forever, these guys did it in one day. They were the low bidder and they did good work.

The work they did was very high quality. The crew was very fast, efficient and polite. The people in the office were very easy to work with. The owner came out on a Saturday morning to discuss the estimate with me. Their estimate was lower than all the others. Much of our communication was done remotely, via over the phone or e-mail. Some customers may prefer a little more personal communication. But overall we are delighted with our new roof and Albright. I have already recommended them to a friend.

ALbright really knows what they are doing. They did a great job on repair work on my home. I'm going to call Albright to install a new roof when that time comes. Has referred friends.

SHOWED UP RIGHT ON TIME ON THE DAY OF WORK. PERSONNEL WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND MAINTAINED A CLEAN WORK AREA. THEY HAD TO CONTEND WITH TWO RAIN SHOWERS AND MADE SURE THE ROOF WAS DRY THE WHOLE TIME. THE WORK WAS FINISHED ON TIME AND THE CLEANUP WAS EXCELLENT.

Quality of service. Very prompt, fair price. Comes and finishes the job. Comes when he says he's come, doesn't do half the job, finishes what he starts.
