The project went very smoothly. Airstrike sent someone on Monday and the negotiation went so well that I hired them on the spot. They talked me into purchasing a higher end unit at a lower cost than what I was expecting or what I had been quoted by others and both units were installed the very next day. The home is 2 stories so they had to do some work in the attic as well as downstairs. We weren’t home during the install but when we got back, we came home to a nice clean install and all of the mess was taken away. Everyone from Airstrike was very professional and is a veteran owned and operated company. As a veteran, this goes a long way for me. With this being such a hot summer, we’re probably pushing our A/C units and have not noticed any issues.

He removed a programmable thermostat and replaced it with a non-programmable, cheap unit. Worked for less than 12 hours. He returned 2 more times and still never repaired problem. One time a contactor was replaced. Called a 4th time when still not functioning properly... at 9pm he called and stated he would not arrive until 11pm or would schedule us for next day at noon. Opted for next day, did not show. Called office and found out we were not on schedule. Total cost from initial visit was $1100, so felt invested to get our monies worth. Finally called another company. Found out a defective contactor had been installed, Hudson Heating and Colin repaired for a cost of $127.00. We were totally taken advantage of and repeatedly misled. Dishonest company and service rep.
