"The person who is leaving this review (Denise), DOES NOT EVEN LIVE AT THIS ADDRESS. The truth is she referred us to the family (Sanchez Family) that actually DOES LIVE AT THIS ADDRESS. What is happening here, Denise, had a "friendship" (for lack of a better word/phrase) with one of our partners and it went South. So being vindictive, she is posting reviews that are not true about our company. We welcome the Sanchez Family to contact us directly if there is a problem - but they have not as here is no problem. If there is a problem with the actual work that was done (which was diagnose both Carrier Heat Pump Systems and specifically troubleshoot the problem with the upstairs Heat Pump) - specifically the problem found was a faulty motherboard on the upstairs Heat Pump condenser. So again we welcome the Sanchez family to call us directly if they are not happy with us."
