Affordable Lock & Security Solutions is a full-service locksmith and security company serving the residential, commercial and industrial communities all along the east coast of the United States. The products we offer focus on real security not just on feel good security that can be found in home-improvement stores. The products we select offer a superior level of quality and security for our customers. We also handle a full-line of commercial, residential and gun safes for the protection of cash and valuables. Our services range from basic lock and key work to large master key systems to high security locks, electronic entry systems, closed-circuit television networks, and burglar alarms. We not only install the products we provide, we also maintain and upgrade these systems based on customer's needs. Service tech got to our house a little early but that was fine . Got right to work and had everything fixed in about half an hour. Price was reasonable. Now lock works like a champ. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to have lock work done.

One condo and storage room were keyed to the same key. The other condo and storage room were keyed to their own key, which was different than the first condo. The technician made 5 extra keys for each also. The whole process took less than 1 hour.

Starting with the front office, the scheduler was willing to squeeze in my appointment on extremely short notice.  Because I waited until the last minute to look into getting the locks changed for my new tenant I was in a tight spot.  The folks at Affordable Lock and Security bailed me out with a next day, first on the schedule appointment.  The technician Michael Dosen, called ahead, arrived early and went right to work on my locks.  It took him less than an hour to change all the lock cylinders, cut three keys and performed an extra service of adjusting the strike plates on my front door.  Mike was polite, professional and efficient. Rarely do you get this kind of service.  They get my strongest recommendation.

JUST THE OTHER DAY WE HAD A SECURITY SITUATION TO ADDRESS ON ONE OF OUR BUILDING ACCESS DOORS. WHILE WE WERE ON THE PHONE TO THEM DESCRIBING THE PROBLEM THEY HAD RADIOED THEIR TECH. SKIP APPEARED AT OUR BUILDING ALMOST IMMEDIATELY AFTER WE HUNG UP THE PHONE. NOW THAT'S INSTANT SERVICE. RAPID SERVICE IS ALWAYS IMPORTANT BUT QUALITY OF SERVICE IS EVEN MORE IMPORTANT TO ME. ONCE I KNOW THAT SKIP IS ON THE JOB, I TAKE MY ATTENTION COMPLETELY OFF THE MATTER BECAUSE I KNOW IT WILL BE DONE RIGHT.
