There price was fair but that ultimately came at a cost for me. I used this company to add onto an existing fence and add a drive through gate. To start, the project was delayed due to them waiting on permitting. I get that no big deal there. Upon install date the crew showed up with a black chain link fence instead of galvanized steel like the rest of the property has. Ultimately I could not wait any longer to have the fence installed so I approved them to install it. Shortly after beginning the install the crew paid no attention to the 811 markings spray painted on the grass and cut the main cable and internet line to the house. Once this happened I called the salesman who passed me onto the "COO". This was on a Friday night and he refused to come out and look at the mistake or ultimately accept responsibility for this until the cable company came out the following Tuesday and fixed the clearly cut cable. It was agreed that a 10% discount on the back end payment would be applied as well as a portion of the fence that was visible to the street would be painted black to match the new fence that was also visible from the street. After considering how the install went I was not comfortable with this company painting the fence or doing any more work on the property. I discussed this with the "COO" and he offered to take $150.00 off the back end. This was less than the agreed upon 10% discount that was initially agreed upon. Back to the permit I was waiting on it was never pulled because it was not needed. This should have been communicated. I was able to get no resolution until speaking to one of the owners. It was lie after lie until speaking with one of the owners. Good communication and customer service is the foundation of a good company. Unfortunately this company lacks both from the people just below ownership on down. I would highly recommend seeking a different company to complete your fencing needs.
