The man who came to my house sold me a used model for $489.99. It didn't work properly so they came back and fixed one part of the vacuum cleaner but not the other part. This guy who came to my house was very dangerous; he swore at both me and my maid. He kept coming back and he said the cord on the back wouldn't work and it would cost me $20 to fix it so I told him I would pay it just to get him out of my house. I also told him I wanted my vacuum cleaner back but they wouldn't give it to me because they said it wasn't available.
Description of Work: I had a top of the line vacuum cleaner with all the attachments that needed something done to it.

We apologize at Aerus for the man this woman is referring. He was inappropriate in his business dealings and was fired by the company in 2010. The new owner is aware of the previous owner's actions and unfortunately has to rebuild the reputation of our company in the SW Florida area.
