I was finally released from the previous contract and had my security deposit returned. Adrian helped me make an offer on a villa - I tried to do a short sale. I had no idea how the process went, and Adrian helped me every step of the way, and returned my calls quickly. She constantly updated me with e-mails and phone calls, so I knew exactly what was going on. That deal didn't work out, and we kept looking. I finally found a house that I loved, which was a foreclosure. She worked with the bank (which was overwhelmed with foreclosures) to consider my offer in a timely manner. After I closed on the house, I was notified that the title was not clear. I contacted Adrian, and she helped me with that. This was after she had received her commission and the deal was done. She could have easily told me that she was too busy, or that this wasn't her responsibility. This whole experience was so overwhelming for me - she did a fantastic job, and I feel so lucky to have found her.
