we hired home depot AND THEY CONTRACTED OUT TO Abraham Custom Creations TO DO ARE GRANIT COUNTERTOPS AND THE PEOPLE WHO CAME OUT DID NOT TELL ME THEY CRACKED OFF THE PC OF THE COUNTRTOP . THEY COVERD IT UP AND DINA AT Abraham Custom Creations TOLD ME THAT GRANIT CONUNTERTOPS HAVE CRACKS IN THE GRANIT WHAT A LIE THEN DINA TOLD ME HER MEN WOULD NOT DO THAT . WHAT DO YOU CALL WHEN SOME ONE HIDES A CRACK IN THE GRANIT . I CALL IT A LIE . YOU CANT TRUST THIS COMPANY . HERE IS A PIC OF THE CRACK

This place is a joke. They installed very nice color granite in my kitchen, they leave, we find that there is a crack in the corner of the 8'X3', we bring it to Dina's attention, she tells us it is a fissure, I send a picture, I also find that they broke the electrical outlet stripping out one of the screws so it will not hold the outlet and the only way to fix it is to remove the granite and replace the housing, then the counter for the bar which is about 8' was cut with a 1/2 to 3/4 gap to the wall. What the heck what the blazzib hel# am I going to put there. As Dina to consistently saying it's a fissure there has now been two independent companies look at this so called fissure and identified it as a crack, one being an independent from Home Depot and a Home Depot manager. I have no problems with spending money but when I have a company saying that it is not their job to educate the customer on granite even when they install the product knowing issues I find perlexing and stupid on behalf of the company. I find the company completely dishonest when they break things and not say a word hoping it wouldn't be found right away, I find dishonest. This company is a huge joke and really shouldn't be in business. Advise be honest and friendly with the paying customer, remember the customer is always right.

The installation process was a bit frustrating because of the wait for the backordered material. Sean came to measure and make the template in a timely manner. He was very thorough and we discussed exactly what I wanted. The installation was completed finally. Sean did a great job and the counter is beautiful. I understand that the delay was not Abraham's fault and I can say they were very professional..I would recommend them and would contact them if I needed another countertop.
