Cabinets Reface
Nola Properties, Inc. is a multi-family residential property owner for over 20 years. Our company agreed to About Face Cabinetrys pricing for a kitchen countertop reface and two doors to be repaired. After the company our existing functional countertop, they would not return our texts and phone calls after promising the refacing would be completed three weeks ago. We have requested that they complete the job or return the existing functional countertop. The owner/rep Todd is not only incapable of handling a business professionally, but also owes us renumeration for having removed an existing functional countertop.

We've had our cabinets about a year now and they are gorgeous! We love the design and functionality. Our only complaint is that we wanted soft-close cabinet door hinges and for some reason we didn't get them. With the hinges used we have doors that stop and don't close unless you push them that final 6 inches with intention. My advice is to be sure your wishes are fully understood at the start. The installers were polite and prompt, and the craftsmanship was fantastic! Todd, the owner, is professional and easy to work with - he's very knowledgeable and personable and he patiently helped us choose the right cabinet finish to go with our existing flooring. They brilliantly solved a counter top/storage situation for us too. Even though we did not get the soft close hinges we wanted, we will hire them again for any future projects (and there are a couple ð ). I definitely recommend About Face Cabinetry.
