John saved me over $7,000 by repairing a very high efficiency outdoor air conditioning unit that every other company had pushed me hard to replace. Of all the companies I spoke to (all highly rated on Angie's List), John was the only one to give me unbiased information that was truly in my best interest.

John was on time and did a great job!

He immediately assessed why the A/C wasn't working, had the right part in his truck, and replaced it quickly. He was very professional, friendly and trustworthy.

He came to our condo within about 2 hours of calling him,  He went to the roof where our condensor is and found two wires touching which was creating the problem and fixed it within 15 minutes!  Yeah our air is back on!!  He was very polite and personable.

John is a real pro!  He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and courteous!  We had purchased a yearly maintenance contract with Ability Air & Heat so we could rest assured that our systems are operating efficiently and properly.  He conducted that service as well as installed a new filter which we want replaced on a six month basis.
We have used his services regularly and couldn't be more pleased.

John from Ability Air and Heat came to my house the day after I called him. He found and handled an issue that I had been having with one half of my house. In about an hour, he found and fixed what several other A/C techs hadn't been able to find in nearly a year. Then I had him come back a week later and he found and handled a problem in the other half of the house in less than an hour. The whole house feels much better now!
John is very professional, upbeat, easy to deal with, honest and thorough. He even called the next day to confirm everything was working properly!

I finally got to use him on a property I am working on with clients that live in CA. They recently purchased a 5,000 sq ft house that they're getting ready for rental. We knew we had to get the A/Cs looked at but wasn't sure when. It became apparent over the weekend with condensation leaking and pipes freezing (yes they were freezing outside in this 95+ degree weather).
I called John and within an hour he arrived, did a full inspection on all 3 units. Found only 1 had to be replaced (24 years old) and the others just needed to be serviced. Took pictures and wrote up a detailed email of what was needed. He also took the time to go over everything with my client in CA.
Talk about service with a smile and honesty. Not once did I feel like he was rushing me and was there just to get a paid and had other clients.
John is now my go to go for any A/C issues I may have for myself and future people that need it.
