A Touch From Above Cleaning Services

The company started their cleaning at my house as decent, but there were times the cleaning women were quite rough with my furniture and other household items. I would call the owner about the problems and the problems were temporarily taken care of. Some of the problems were one of the women yanked my kitchen faucet so hard it started to drip. This was a faucet/sprayer installed just a few months before this happened. I personally witnessed this.  The women have rammed the vacuum into my furniture and left marks. There were other times that I am firmly convinced that the wrong cleaner was used on kitchen and bathroom services, such as the granite countertop in my bathroom. A granite workman asked us if we or someone had used toilet bowl cleaner on it. The final straw was the letters were scrubbed off the burner panel on my stove. Each time I mentioned problems to the owner, she would say that they had no chemicals that strong, which ignored the entire point that the women used the materials incorrectly, haphazardly or were simply rough.  It seemed as the women were always in such a major rush that the women were rough because they were in a hurry to finish. This is not a company to use if condition of households is important.
