It seems like every week the house cleaners forgot to do something. Considering I was paying $30/hr. to have them only sweep, dust, vacuum and mop, it seems like they should have remembered to do everything. Whenever I called to complain, the owner acted like it was no big deal. She always offered to send somebody back out. When I explained that I would rather her employees do the job right the first time, she became very offended and defensive. She explained that it was impossible to do everything right all the time. Then she suggested that her employees had actually done the work and the house was not still dirty, but that I was seeing dirt that wasn't actually there. That's when I told her that I would no longer be needing her services. If you believe that the customer is always right, you might want to skip this cleaning service. When I had a complaint, the owner suggested that I was wrong.

"WE DO BELIEVE THAT THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT AND WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO SATISFY YOU 100%. IF THERE IS A SITUATION WHERE THE CUSTOMER ADVISES US THAT SOMETHING WAS MISSED WE IMMEDIATELY ADVISE THE CUSTOMER THAT WE HAVE A "SATISFACTION GUARANTEED WARRANTY", AND WILL IMMEDIATELY SEND A CREW TO THEIR RESIDENCE TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. THIS IS JUST A GOOD HONEST BUSINESS PRACTICE, HOWEVER UNFORTUNATELY THERE ARE VERY VERY RARE INSTANCES, WHEN WE ENCOUNTER AN INDIVIDUAL THAT WE CANNOT SATISFY. REGRETFULLY WHEN THAT HAPPENS WE WILL ADVISE THE CUSTOMER THAT THEY MAY WANT TO INQUIRE INTO UTILIZING ANOTHER CLEANING SERVICE. THIS HAS ONLY HAPPENED ONE (1) TIME IN OUR HISTORY. I WISH THIS CUSTOMER WELL AND I CAN ONLY HOPE THAT THEY FIND A COMPANY TO MEET THERE NEEDS."

SALLY IS WONDERFUL. SHE RETURNED MY CALLS TIMELY, WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND DID A GREAT JOB CLEANING. SALLY WAS HIRED TO CLEAN OUR HOUSE AFTER WE MOVED OUT. EVERYTHING WAS SPARKLING. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WOULD USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN.

THEY HAD CLEANED TWO OTHER HOUSES FOR ME AND I'VE BEEN HAPPY EACH AND EVERY TIME. IT WAS A VERY LARGE JOB AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB.
