Worst customer service, the lady on the phone was being rude. I had to come to them because of ikea purchase. After asking over email the dates of installation they ignore it then come to do a template so you won’t get a refund then tell you 4 weeks out and there is nothing they can do . Other companies have a way faster turn around time. They are not helpful or willing to work together on a faster date just told me I’m out of luck BEWARE DO NOT WORK WITH THEM . Horrible service and not accommodating.

We recently remodeled our master bathroom and chose granite for the vanity top and the deck surrounding the drop-in bath tub. Our contractor recommended A Plus Signature Design. When they came out to template, I was impressed with the lasers that they used for precise measurements. Once the granite was at their shop, they asked me to come in and review/approve the layout. It was then that I realized we had forgotten to order a piece of granite for the window sill, but they said "no problem" and added it to the order at no additional charge. On the day of installation, I was again impressed with their workmanship. Every piece fit perfectly! The installers were prompt, efficient, and did a great job. The finished product looks great!

Excellent. We replaced all Kitchen counters, Master Bath, and Main Guest Bath. From the beginning, set up an appointment with Alfonso (the owner) for an estimate, and Keara took over with all of the help in design, selection, timing, etc. Keara was Outstanding to work with. We had just one small scheduling snafu, but other than that the crew was top rate, professional and reasonable. Our counters fit perfectly and they look fantastic. Yes we would hire them again.

They did a fantastic job. The granite is very unique and beautiful. Everyone we spoke with was professional and eager to please. We couldn't have been happier.
