A Buyer's Choice Home Inspection

 The inspector arrived on time, looking professional and he was very prepared. Unlike some others with whom I spoke before selecting Jeff's company, he had a grasp of language & communicated clearly, properly & in terms I could understand. He explained to me what to expect from the inspection report, i.e. the limits of the report soas not to have a false reality about what I was getting. I wasn't planning on the wind mitigation because I was unaware that I could save on my homeowner's insurance premium until he iinformed me of this.

He got there early & saved my valuable time by performing most of the exterior before my arrival at  the house. He conducted a thorough report & I had it the next day. It was clear, had many photos that were labeled. I had questions & called.  He answered directly & explained where I needed clarification & was generous with his patience to dummy down the language to a person not familiar with such things.      I really appreciated this.
 
I feel I received an unbiased, high quality report that I could understand.   He also gave me some 'maintenance' tips that would help going forward.  I now  also understand parts of the home that I would not  have known & feel better equipped & educated moving forward. Jeff seemed very knowledgeable about the current real estate market & industry & was sensitive but honest with me.
