After completing a demo of our kitchen including taking down the drywall, we were left with a lot more garbage than we wanted to deal with. I called this morning around 10 am. It's now 11:50 am and the job is complete. They sent three guys who made quick work of it. Definitely worth every penny! It would have taken my husband and I hours to do what they did in less than an hour.

The shed was old and the floor rotted out. Aaron and RJ (Pinellas/Manatee crew) arrived on time and explained pricing options for hauling away the shed and various items inside. My cost was based on how much space all the materials filled up in their truck. This was discussed prior to their arrival by the dispatcher as well. The work was completed on time and the ground raked to remove small scraps. Much of the material was to be recycled. The crew was polite and customer service excellent - calling ahead to let me know arrival time, and sending a thank you card after the job was complete. Thanks guys!

"Thanks for the feedback but, unfortunately, I cannot find a record of having served [member name removed] of [member information removed] on June 4th. I have searched our database by the name, zip code, address, and the date, but I find no information. Perhaps the work was done under a different name or at a different location...or perhaps by another firm. 53I needed excess junk / stuff from my old home thrown away within a 48
hour period prior to closing on my home. These guys showed up on time
and took everything. No questions asked....i didn't even need to
centrally locate everything. They carried out what ever I pointed to. if the bookcase was on the second floor they will get it where its at!!

I would give 1-800-GOT-JUNK? an "A" overall. I was not happy with the price, they are pretty much all crooks. Otherwise they did a good, thorough job.

"We're grateful for the feedback and appreciate the business from the member. I suspect there may be 'crooks' who haul and dispose of junk, but we are definitely not. The member paid $75 for us to load, haul, and dispose of the refrigerator. Others may cut corners, yet we abide by regulations that require a trained technician to remove refrigerant from refrigerators, air conditioners, dehumidifers, etc. This takes more time, effort, and expense than those who skirt the rules. We dispose of items responsibly and have, in fact, been designated a Green Business Partner for our responsible business practices. Thank you."

The first time we used them we had only scheduled one truck. Once we realized how much there was, they were able to get a second truck out right away, which was great because I had to get back to work. For the most recent experience, they again did a very satisfactory job. They swept up afterwords, were on time, and didn't complain when there were some very heavy items to remove. I would use them again and would recommend them.

After finding them on Angie's List, I went to their web site to find the franchise that covered Sun City. They were friendly and informative on the phone. On the day of service, the driver called to give me a ETA well within the scheduled time frame. He and his partner reviewed what I needed done, confirmed the cost and removed the debris. They even swept the area afterward. They were busy from the time they arrived until they finished. I could not have asked for anything more.

I contacted 1-800-GOT-JUNK to pick up contents of an elderly relatives home and garage. GOT JUNK came on two consecutive days just as scheduled and on time. I had a different crew each day and both crews worked very hard,were very efficient and professional. Each crew did an incredible job of loading their truck. I cannot believe how much they were able to pack in the truck! I was also given a coupon for $10.00 off for the second day they came out. Crew members swept up dirt and small bits of trash and placed them in a trash can on their truck before they left. That was a nice touch. My experience with this company was entirely positive and I will use them again.

They were great. I didn't do a thing. Some of the items were too heavy for me to move. They removed them from my backyard as well as some items from the garage. They called before coming and arrived when they said they would. Very efficient and courteous.

I scheduled the service via their website, and received a call within 15 minutes to arrange the specific arrival time. Thirty minutes later, they had been and gone with service complete. The two representatives were pleasant, courteous and professional. I couldn't be more pleased with the services provided.

They called to tell me when they would arrive. Since I booked the appointment on line I had a $10.00 coupon. Their truck was almost filled to capacity. They told me it would be $235.00 for 1/3 of a truck. They didn't have 1/3 of a truck left and I felt I only had 1/4 truck space. They gave me the $195.00 price for 1/4 truck but would not honor the coupon. I also had 6 cans of paint they would not take. I understood that. But after they loaded up one of the men said that if I had $10 cash he would take the paint to a recycling center. I really didn't like that.

This company is AWESOME! They did everything they said they would. They called me when they said they would on the morning of our appointment. They were on time (actually, they were 15 minutes early!). The company's pricing is based upon how full their truck gets and, brother, they packed it densely. When the amount they were to haul away ended up being above their previously estimated price range, they volunteered to only charge me the original price. Everyone that I spoke with at this company was friendly, professional and competent. They did what they said they would do for me from start-to-finish. I have had the best experience with this company than I have had with MANY other service companies in a long time!
