The Appliance Pro

Justin from the Appliance Pro first came to our home to do a dryer vent cleaning. He was considerably better than two competitors that we had used in the previous two years since he not only cleaned the dryer duct, but also opened up the dryer and cleaned out whatever lint had not been caught by our lint filter. Since my washer was making sounds as if it was going into orbit soon, I also asked him if he does appliance repairs. He does! Justin replaced the inner drum bearings and a broken washer inside my washing machine and now it's fixed for a small fraction of the cost of a comparable machine! He even diagnosed a problem that I had inadvertently caused myself: instead of putting Tide pods in the bottom of the drum before loading the laundry, I put them into the detergent dispenser. What I did not realize is that the pods did not completely dissolve and residue from the outer film clogged up the works so much that water spilled over the sides of the machine and it looked as if there was a leak. He had to return to our house to help diagnose that, and did not even charge extra, although it was ultimately my fault. Now that we're putting the Tide pods in the bottom of the machine, no more problems! We highly recommend him for doing such a professional service.
