A simple explanation was all that was needed. I was advised to reduce the rate of flow slightly in the showers which allowed the water sufficient time to actually heat as it went over the coils. The plumber I hired the previous day really couldn't figure out what the problem was but I was lucky enough to call a tankless specialist and $50 for the service call was worth 10 times that for the enjoymnet I had in my HOT shower that night!

Our house was built in '89. It is in fairly good shape and we are fixing and upgrading as we go. Of course we hadn't gotten around to the hot water heater yet, and at Christmas (yes, I should have written this a long time ago) we had a house full of people, when the existing hot water heater started acting up. In a bit of a panic, we hit Angie's List. Gulf Coast Tankless Hot Water really came to the rescue. I called Connie right away, and even though we are a bit out of her area she sent somebody out right away. The whole experience was better than anything one could hope for. The driver showed up bright and early, was done in a matter of hours and was very professional. Things could not have gone any smoother. I give her straight A+ all the way around. We would most definitely recommend.

I had it installed by one of their service men. There was something wrong with it and the owner came out and fixed it.

I did have a problem with my system and they came out immediately to put in a temporary system, and they are coming back out to put in the new one. They are a very good company to work with. They also worked with my schedule to do this as soon as I have a free day.

The experience was good overall. I now have extra space without a tank. They did a good job with the installation. There was minimal patching done during the installation, and I haven't had any problems with the unit. Since the switch, there are small things that I'd do differently; for example, before the tank-less heater, I was able to turn the water full blast before a bath, however, with the tank-less heater, I need to turn the water on medium instead of full blast, since the water is being heated differently. I'm happy overall that I went with this type of water heater!

The experience went reasonably well. After about a year of the installation, the unit had a problem, but they were responsive in resolving the problem. The unit came with a lifetime warranty.

There were a few things that needed to be fine-tuned during the experience, but the end result was okay. I'd suggest getting a filter, since that seemed to help keep the water clean.

When they installed the heater, it worked for awhile, but then it stopped working. Turns out, the unit had a manufactures defect, but they didn't do anything about it. Make sure that the unit that is being purchased isn't outdated!

They're wonderful! Another person installed the hot water heater incorrectly, which broke the heater. They were able to get me a new one at no extra charge for me. They even installed the heater before they left for a funeral the next day, which they left that night for. I would strongly recommend them.

The experience turned out to be excellent. They completed the work quickly, and did exactly what they were supposed to do. We had no complaints and haven't had a problem since!
