"I managed the company from 1992 to 1997 for my uncle Gene, we had the office staff, the drivers and the movers all trained and we had excellent service scores with repeat customers and referrals from most of our customers. I decided to pursue my career elsewhere and I managed several local large van lines agencies and I built a nationwide labor service to load storage POD containers. Unfortunately my Uncle had moved back up north and promoted one of our lead drivers to manage after me and the company lost its quality, its referrals and name. When my uncle decided to retire in September I was offered the company, we took over in October 2012. My main management crew consists of my wife of 25 years, which was a contract packer / crew chief for a major Tampa Bay van line and my three sons which have been drivers, crew chiefs, a dispatcher, a warehouse foreman, a customer service rep, a safety and claims rep and a trucking company owner, together they have 40 years experience. My three daughters one of which was a customer service rep and billing assistant for a major van line, and when my five grandsons are ready they will take over. I am sorry these customers received the services and treatment they have listed but as of now we are focusing on being Tampa Bay’s best once again, under my watch there won’t be any unhappy customers.
