 + -1 moreThe first time i went to his office and left the computer for about three hours. He cleaned it up, got rid of unnecessary programs and has it operating faster than when it was new. I had three other people look at it prior to taking it to Rafe and none of them could figure out what was wrong. I have since had him work on my wife's computer. He can do this remotely if you allow him access. Over the years I have not experienced anyone with his skills. Now i can call him if something goes wrong and he can do what is needed remotely. I strongly recommend Him.
Description of Work: He pulled maintenance on the computer and installed a new virus protection program(Kaspersky).
